Pixieset's prices checked August 3, 2026 at pixieset.com/pricing — billed annually, Suite Starter is $28/mo and Suite Pro $38/mo, and their pricing page is always the source of truth. The email, gift-card and coupon rows were re-checked August 16, 2026 against Pixieset's own help center and blog — their Email Campaigns are broadcast messages you schedule, which is a different thing from a triggered one, and the table says so. If something here has gone stale, tell me and I'll fix it the same day. Honeyfell's numbers are the published tiers, and the free plan needs no card at all.
One more number worth having: the table above is plan against plan, but most studios pay for two or three of these tools at once. Add up what the whole stack costs you today — the homepage keeps a working tally, against $15.
If you need RAW backup, video delivery or a years-deep lab network, Pixieset does those things well — I used it for years. If what's missing is the reveal — the gallery on their phone hours after the shoot, saved to their camera roll before dinner — that is the thing Honeyfell was built around. Most photographers here started with sneak peeks alone and kept their existing delivery exactly where it was, for exactly as long as they wanted to.
