Something not working, or a question about how Honeyfell fits your studio? Start here.
If a gallery link your photographer sent you will not open, the fastest fix is to reach out to your photographer directly. They can resend the link or check the gallery from their end — they have tools for this that we do not, and they will usually sort it in minutes.
Galleries do not need an account or a password unless your photographer set one. If you are being asked for a password you were not given, ask them for it.
On the iOS app, the first time you save a photo you will be asked for permission to add photos to your library. If you declined and want to change it, open Settings → Honeyfell → Photos on your device. The app only ever adds the images you asked it to save; it never reads anything already in your library.
For anything about your studio account — billing, galleries, your website, contracts, or a bug — email us and say what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot and the gallery or page name gets it fixed considerably faster.
Photographers can delete their own account from inside the app, without contacting anyone: sign in, open the account screen, and choose Delete account. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what deletion removes.
Email is the only support channel, and it is read by Vince, who built the thing:
We try to respond within a day or two. Honeyfell is a small operation on purpose — you will not be handed to a queue, but you also will not get an answer at 3am.
