Built by someone who still shoots.

I'm Vince. I've been photographing weddings and portraits for fourteen years, and I built Honeyfell because the business side of my own studio was the part I liked least and paid most for.

A gallery host, a contract tool, an invoicing tool, a website, and a spreadsheet holding the whole thing together — none of them speaking to each other, all of them billing me monthly. So I started building the version I actually wanted, and it turned out other photographers wanted it too.

Why it's in the open

Built with photographers, not at them.

Honeyfell is in beta, with a small number of photographers, on purpose. Every feature ships because a working photographer needed it — not because it demoed well. If something is broken or missing, you'll hear it from me directly, and I'll hear it from you.

The things you'd want to ask me.

Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your galleries and your website can live on your own domain, with your logo and your colors, so the whole experience reads as your studio. Honeyfell stays out of the frame.
What happens to my photographs?
They stay yours. Honeyfell stores what delivery needs — the web-sized versions your clients see, and a full-resolution copy for paid-tier downloads and print orders. Your camera originals never leave your drives. Nothing is used to train anything, nothing is sold, and nothing is shown to anyone you didn't send a link to.
Is this a real company or a side project?
It's a working product built by one photographer, in the open, with a small group of other photographers. I'd rather tell you that plainly than dress it up. The beta is small on purpose — I answer the emails myself, and what you ask for tends to ship.
